Limited Warranty
All new and refurbished shipping containers are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
Our warranty covers defects that affect the normal functionality of the container, including:

Cargo door operation

Door locking mechanisms
-
Door seal failures affecting wind and watertight integrity

Structural defects under normal use
If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Premier Container Supply will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component or container.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, chipped paint, surface rust, or normal wear and tear

Damage caused by improper handling, transportation, unloading, relocation, or misuse after delivery

Damage resulting from severe weather, flooding, fire, accidents, or other natural events

Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed after delivery

Damage caused by improper installation or use outside the intended purpose
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of shipping containers and transportation logistics, all sales are final once delivery has been completed.
Returns or replacements will only be considered if:

An incorrect container was delivered.

The container does not match the specifications confirmed on your order.

The container arrives with significant structural damage that was not disclosed prior to delivery.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs for review.
Deposits & Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable once a container has been reserved or any customization has begun.
Orders cancelled before dispatch may qualify for a partial refund, less any administrative, storage, transportation, or customization costs already incurred.

Limitation of Liability
