At Premier Container Supply, we strive to ensure every customer receives the correct shipping container in the condition described. Please review our return policy before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
Eligible used and one-trip shipping containers may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To qualify for a return, the container must:
- Be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- Not have been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Be free from excessive wear, misuse, or structural changes.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built or modified containers.
- Containers sold “As-Is” or marked as clearance items.
- Containers that have been painted, welded, cut, or otherwise altered after delivery.
- Containers damaged due to improper handling, relocation, or misuse by the customer.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return transportation and handling costs.
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned containers will be inspected upon arrival at our facility.
Once the inspection has been completed and the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, less any applicable transportation, handling, and restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your container arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect unit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing photographs and your order information. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
